Shareglint renders one for every page from its title — one meta tag, no code — at a size that passes every documented limit (the sizes). 100 images a month free.
It reads the same tags and shows a close version of the Facebook card, without a Facebook account. It cannot clear Facebook's cache — only Sharing Debugger can make Facebook fetch the page again.
Meta recommends 1200×630, documents 600×315 as the minimum and 8 MB as the file limit, with a ratio close to 1.91:1 to avoid cropping.
Facebook caches both the page's tags and the image by URL. Re-scrape in Sharing Debugger and, if the image changed, publish it under a new URL.
