Canva's way to make many versions of one design from a table: data in, one page or design per row, inside the Canva editor.
Canva's editor is in another league from ours: its template library, stock photos, brand kit, and the fact that your whole team already knows it. Bulk Create needs no code at all, works from a typed table or a spreadsheet with embedded images, and Canva's Autofill API can fill designs from your own app on Pro plans and above. For a few hundred designs made by a designer now and then, it is the simpler tool.
| What | Canva Bulk Create | Shareglint |
|---|---|---|

| Which plans | Pro, Business, Enterprise, Education and Nonprofit plans; not Free | Every plan, the free one included |
| Data in | A manual table, a Canva Sheet, a CSV or XLSX upload, or a connected app; Google Sheets as an exported file | Rows by API, a CSV upload, or a CSV / Google Sheets link |
| Rows per run | Up to 300 (Canva's help pages give 150 or 60 columns) | Free 50, Starter 500, Pro 1,000, Scale 2,000, Business 5,000 rows per batch, by plan |
| Images per row | Uploaded or embedded images; image URLs "will be treated as plain text" | Public image URLs in any image field |
| Result | One multi-page design or separate designs in Projects; download PNG, JPG or PDF, pages as a ZIP | An image URL per row and size, plus one ZIP |
| Automation | Bulk Create has no API. The Autofill API fills designs from your app on Pro and up, images only as uploaded asset ids; export links last 24 hours | REST API, webhooks, signed URLs and an MCP server on every plan |
| Image at a URL (og:image) | Not offered | Signed URLs and auto OG URLs |
| Design tool | Canva's full editor, template library, stock photos and brand kit | Your HTML and CSS, a simple visual editor, or 153 built-in templates |
Canva Bulk Create pricing ($18 / mo (Canva Pro, one person), Bulk Create on Pro and higher plans; up to 300 rows per run) comes from their own public page, checked 2026-11. If something has changed — tell us and we will fix it.
A designer makes a one-off batch — name tags, certificates, a set of social posts — in Canva, and nobody needs it to run by itself.
Images must be generated by code or on a schedule, served at a URL (og:image, email), come in thousands, or take image URLs straight from your data.
You rewrite the template once, as HTML and CSS. Preview costs no quota, so getting the layout right is free. Then you swap a single call on your side.
