How it works

  1. Fill in the name, role and company, the ticket type (attendee, speaker, sponsor, staff or press — each has its own colour band) and the event with its dates.
  2. Pick an accent colour, a theme, a size (portrait badge or 1200×630 card) and PNG or PDF.
  3. Chrome renders the badge; download it and print or share it.

Is the badge generator free?

Yes, with no account: 5 badges an hour from one address, with a small watermark.

Can I add a photo, a logo or a QR code?

Not in the free tool — it takes text only, so we never fetch images for anonymous visitors. The same template in the API takes a photo, a logo and a QR image URL.

Can I make badges for every attendee?

Yes, through the API: one request per attendee from your registration list, or a CSV in the bulk tool. 100 images a month free.
