# Employee spotlight OG image template

Employee of the month on a dark stage: portrait under a cone of light, the period on a vertical side tab, the reason as a quote.

For HR, internal comms and employer branding: employee of the month, kudos and shout-outs. The period runs up an accent tab on the left edge and is shortened past 20 characters; without a photo the spotlight falls on the initials. Wide frames put the portrait beside the text; square and vertical frames put it on top.

## Fields

Every field is optional. Long text shrinks to fit instead of overflowing; an image field takes a public URL that we fetch on our side.

## Make it yours

accent and theme change per request.
